Cards are graded on a 1–10 scale based on their overall condition. Our graders evaluate four key areas: • Centering • Corners • Edges • Surface Each factor contributes to the final grade, which reflects the card’s overall quality and level of wear.
Valen grades most standard-size trading cards, including Pokémon, sports cards, and major TCGs such as Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh. Currently we grade cards that fall within standard trading card specifications. Support for thicker card types may be introduced in the future. If you're unsure about a card, feel free to contact us before submitting.
Turnaround times depend on the service level selected and current submission volume. Estimated turnaround times are shown during submission. We always aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining grading accuracy. Major updates to your order status will be visible in your dashboard as your cards move through grading.
